Over time, the packaging can tear apart, forcing replacement of otherwise usable doses long before expiration. This holder was designed specifically to protect the dose while still allowing rapid deployment when seconds matter.

The holder is sized specifically around the larger Padagis Naloxone packaging, while also securely retaining standard Narcan brand doses.

Manufactured from durable PA12-CF carbon fiber nylon, this holder is built for demanding field conditions with excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, and long-term durability.

The design provides a secure retention fit while still allowing quick one-finger deployment, even with reduced dexterity or while wearing gloves.

Includes MOLLE clips for mounting to duty gear, medical bags, plate carriers, vests, and other equipment setups.
